I've been taking collagen for nearly 4 weeks now. Holy cow!! My nails are growing so fast and it's really helping my skin. I also had a bone density scan this past week and that has gone up too. I really do believe it's the collagen. It mixes well and doesn't have flavor. I've put it in water, smoothies, and coffee. I'm really enjoying it.

I love vital proteins collagen powder. I've been using it for about 2 years and it's become staple in my post WOD coffee. It's made my hair/nails grow faster then they ever have and I love how creamy it makes my coffee without a funny aftertaste.

I've never had issues with my collagen peptides ever, but I got this container and it was a strange texture & didn't mix as well with my coffee as previous orders have. Still using it, just getting more creative with the mixing - looking forward to the next batch being back to normal!

Very pleased with it as I use it as a creamer in both my coffee and tea drinks and it is pleasant tasting and dissolves instantly.

Love My Vital Proteins

I use 2 scoops of Vital Proteins in my coffee every morning. It is Very easy to dissolve in liquids and I have noticed new hair growth and stronger and longer nails. Very pleased with this product So much so that my husband has started drinking it as well and eagerly waiting to see if his hair will grow back. My daughter recommended this product to me as she has been taking it for some time and thus far it has been everything she stated it would be. Love my Vital Proteins!!

I have purchased the unflavored Vital Proteins and loved it. Decided to change it up and try this dark chocolate raspberry flavor based on reviews where people said that they use it in their coffee every day and love it. I tried that and did not like the flavor at all. Then I read the label which says to mix it with 8 oz of cold liquid. So I thought that was why since my coffee was hot. So I mixed it with cold coffee. However, the powder would not mix in and just stayed on top of the cold coffee. I am disappointed because I have a whole canister of protein powder that I won't use now.

My energy level went up after starting using Collagen Peptides. The stiffness in my fingers is getting better. I am yet to see changes in my hair growth.
