I have been using the collagen peptides for several years now. This product has been beneficial to my health in multiple ways. My hair and nails are very healthy. Prior I was dealing with a lot of breakage for both. The main reason I take this though is because I have Hashimoto's. The main thing I am always focused on is supporting my intestinal health. All disease begins in the gut. I am happy to say that I am tested every 6 mo, and my scores are always great. I believe this product is a part of that success.

It's been a month now since starting this stuff and I've noticed three essential changes. One is my hair is growing like a weed! So happy for that with the hair loss situation I went through and also my inflammation and sluggishness are not gone altogether, but definitely a noticeable decrease in both of those.

I swear by this product! I'm on my 3rd container and my hair has grown probably about 3 inches ! My nails used to be fragile and now they are so strong and get really long! Love this supplement and definitely will continue buying it.

I have used the unflavored collagen peptides since June. While I still break out occasionally I've seen some marginal improvement in my skin. I primarily purchased for joints and protein boost after my workouts. But where I just really noticed something is my hair. It's been fuller and have had some regrow in the temple areas.

For me this is like botox. Seriously my lips are fuller, my 11's mm hmmm u know what they are!!! Can hardly see them. My hair and nails are so strong and hair is fuller. Seriously will not be without it!! INCREDIBLE!!! I SOOOOO LOVE IT. I tell everyone about it.
