I can definitely tell a difference

I'm on auto refill and I would have it no other way. When I am getting low the next one arrives. It's just perfect for my busy life. When my eyebrow lady said my eyebrow was "extra collageny today" because she was having trouble grabbing a stray hair to thread, I I laughed and told her about my Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides I take daily.. I am a customer for life!

Great product

I began using the collagen peptides hoping it would help my knees. After using it for just a couple of months my knees no longer hurt when I get up from a sitting position and they don't creak and pop like they were doing prior to the collagen. I have also seen a noticeable difference in how fast my hair and nails grow. Thank you Vital Proteins!
