weak fingernails

My doctor suggested I take collagen to help strengthen my fingernails. I purchased this product and have been using it for about 7 weeks now. Yes, my nails are growing and getting stronger! My hair is also growing and more healthy! So, does it work - yes its a great product. I will continue to use Vital Proteins

I am happy with this. It is versatile. I use it in flavored water or sleepytime tea. I do notice I am not as achy from workouts as I was 3 months ago before using.
