I just celebrated my 60th birthday. My skin has become very dry and no amount of moisturizer helps. I've heard good things about collagen and the benefits for skin and hair. I researched online and picked Vital Proteins based on the reviews. In one month I am starting to feel a difference. My skin feels softer already, especially my face. The dry, flaky patches are gone. I'm looking forward to seeing improvement in my hands. I put a scoop in my morning coffee. It blends well with no taste of smell. Super easy to use. I've already recommended it to my friends.

Who knew that a powder coming in a container would help my health, bones, hair and nails so much! I love it, I have been using collagen peptides with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid for 6 years now and i wouldn't go with out it!

I'm a longtime user of Vital Proteins - I started adding to my coffee about two years ago. Since then, I've noticed a positive improvement in my hair/skin/nails. I also think of it as the perfect way to start my day, because the protein content it delivers to my coffee allows me to eat a super light breakfast and still feel really satisfied.
However, the reason I wrote this review is because of my husband's experience with VP collagen. He started using collagen in December 2020, when he happened to be having some general joint pain and also severe dry skin issues on his hands. Within two weeks of consuming collagen daily, he noticed significant improvement with both issues. He is now a total convert!
Love this product and the subscription service makes it super convenient and more affordable; our house is never without a trusty blue tub of this stuff.

Early Results!

I ordered two different collagen products. My daughter and i tried Vital Proteins first as it had the additional Vit C and HAcid suppplements. It had supior mixing into our morning coffees. I noticed an improvement in my facial skin texture before I finished my first bottle and the additional bennefit that it helped sustain my appetite as I am practicing intermittant fasting. No effect on the taste of my brewed coffee

Feeling better than ever!

I’ve been adding a scoop to my coffee since February and I’ve never loved my hair, skin, and nails more. But... the best part is my joints don’t ache and hurt when I get up and move around. I’m 100% in love with the collagen peptides.
