Best decision of 2021!

After meningitis, my hair became very thin in the front and I lost a lot of hair each shower. My nails also became much softer with breakage and my eczema flared up. I tried VP collagen and after a few months, my nails started to harden a bit but were growing for the first time in 3 years. I started losing less and less hair in the shower and throughout the day. I’m only losing about half of what I used to and hope it will continue to get better. My skin is softer and brighter and my eczema bothers me much less. I’m also starting to notice a difference in my joints. I hope to try more products in 2022!

I started using the collagen peptides because all of my 3 best friends had been using it and seeing a difference in their hair, even on their eyebrows, they had plucked their eyebrows hard in the 90’s. I was hoping to see a difference in my brittle nails and hopefully my hair. I used a whole bottle and never saw a difference. I told my friends I was giving it up. BUT then I went to see my hair stylist and my doctor two days a part and they both immediately asked me what I had done to my hair to make it look so shiny and thick! I told them the only different thing I’d been doing was using these collagen peptides and they told me to keep it up. Totally amazing. So my advice, take photos of yourself before trying the peptides and after. Because this does work, just obviously in different ways for different people.

To Liz N. Try it in chocolate milk

I've only taken it 2 days. First day in chocolate milk. No taste or odor. The second day I put it in orange juice and the drink did have an odor. So the odor is dependant on what you mix it with. I'm sticking with chocolate milk for now. I can't wait to start seeing results. Oh... IMPORTANT... Mix it in with room temperature or lukewarm liquid, THEN add cold liquid or ice. It doesn't dissolve in cold liquid.

Taking away the scoop is not about saving plastic but cutting costs. Will switch to another brand.

Change in the product?

I have been using vital proteins collagen peptides for about 1 year and loved the product. My recent purchase has a different consistency and taste. The product is clumpy in my coffee, doesn’t fully dissolve and has a bitter taste. Please bring back the prior product.

The formula changed!

I have been scooping this in my coffee every morning for over a year. The last bottle I just received is very different. It did not dissolve well and it actually bubbled. The taste is awful. I'm so disappointed in this change.

This product is a game changer!

For 20 years I’ve struggled with thin, fine hair that was always breaking off and was super dry. It was very unhealthy and I’ve spent way too much money on expensive salon products with no luck.
This product is a game changer, folks!!! I use one scoop in my coffee every morning. It’s been 3 months and I now have baby hairs growing all over my head!
Helpful hint when putting the powder in liquid: let the powder dissolve all on its own and then stir….. no clumps at all.

Disappointed in the new formula and this company

Extremely disappointed in the new formula and in this company for not educating their customers who have subscriptions on the changes they made to the product. If I'm subscribed to a product, I deserve to know when something has changed before the next autofulliment is placed. Subscription is now canceled. No amino acid profile is listed on the container anymore. New formula no longer dissolves in coffee and has a strange taste. A cow is now on the container which doesn't even match the marketing photos. Overall disappointing.
