This protein powder mixes with both hot and cold liquids. Makes it so easy to mix into any liquid to get your protein intake.

I love to use this product in my coffee in the morning to get a little extra protein and the collagen is great for my hair, skin, and nails. I will even put a little in my daughter's food throughout the day to sneak in some protein.

I absolutely love this product! My hair, skin and nails look amazing! My hair is silky and shiny. It hardly falls out when I wash or comb it. My skin glows! It's soft and smooth. I hardly need makeup. The protein helps me stay full longer. I mix it in my coffee every morning.
My mucle recovery is quicker and I feel less sore. I recommend this product to my friends all the time!

I have purchased and loved this collagen for several years, however the consistency is very unpredictable lately. I primarily use it in smoothies and about every other container is unusable because it will not blend well due to texture.

I've been using collagen for a few years now, and Vital Proteins is by far the best. Mixes well into cold liquids, just as well as hot liquids...which is a big thing for me. Love it!
