Really helped me re-grow my hair. I know some people said that it helps get skin tightened but I have yet to see that.

I absolutely love this product! It took about two weeks before I started noticing a few changes. My hair felt thicker, stronger and shiny. I had a few people at work ask me what I was doing different with my hair and why it looked so healthy! My nails went from needing to be cut every week, to every 2 days. Lastly, my skin felt less dry and much more supple after about a month. I am definitely going to stay on it!!

I need to eat meat, my body requires animal protein to be healthy and strong. But I want to be a vegetarian! So when Vital Protein Collagen Peptides came on the market, I add it to my smoothies, hot cereals like oatmeal and add as an ingredient when I bake. This product gives me the animal protein my body needs without eating meat. It is a game changer and changed my life! Thank You

Love this collagen peptide powder. Great amount of protein without carbs/fat and it easily dissolves in a cup of coffee, protein shake, etc. without changing the flavor of the drink.
