I finally have nails!

Overall I'm extremely happy that I bought this product. I add 2 scoops to my morning coffee everyday, which dissolves easily and I've seen a huge improvement in my nails and hair. My nails use to be soft and break all the time. Now they're tough to break and grow quickly. I also have frontal fibrosing alopecia which means my body is killing my frontal hair folicals. This product has helped strengthen my overall hair, which for the time being helps hide the appearance of my hair loss a little more. Thank you!

It doesn't dissolve into food as much as I'd like but love putting it in my breakfast every morning!! It's a great around of protein to add to meals

Natural hair dye - and good for the body, too!

I was going grey quickly. After several months of taking this, my hair is almost
completely brown again. Love it. That's worth the price of admission right there. Great collagen support as well with a boost of protein (though incomplete).
