Still a believer in Collagen Peptides

I have been using the unflavored Collagen Peptides for a year and am completely satisfied with the results. I throw it in my morning smoothie and have seen great improvement in my hair, skin and nails. The best benefit is that it helps with your gut and digestion and having no sugar in it makes it a healthier replacement to protein powders. I like the automatic monthly shipping and if we are on vacation, I can change my shipping date to a later time.

After 3 months use I saw a total change in skin texture . My Hair strengthened and my nail hardness increased especially with how my gel manicure can be so damaging. I highly recommend it his product.
