Shipping is always quick after purchase. Product performs as noted in that it dissolves and no taste. Seems to help my nails and hair since I've been using it for a dew months. Don't have many joint pain but really didn't before either so can't comment on that aspect.

I love Collagen Peptides! My primary reason for using it is for my joint health, everything else are bonuses. I have degenerative back, with adult onset scoliosis, and osteoarthritis in my hips and knees. There have been days that getting out of bed has been unbelievably painful. Since changing to a more healthy, active lifestyle, to include regular collagen intake, my joint problems have diminished greatly. Thank you. Vital Proteins for making a great, clean product. I simply stir my CPs into a cup of green tea before bed, and let the magic happen.

I mix a scoop everydat in my water. I luv this stuff! My nais have neber loked better. My joints no longer hurt. Recommend it for joint health but glowing skin is just a side benefit

I have been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for approximately 2 years now. What I have learned is consistency is key. It took about one month to start noticing my hair and nails growing faster and being stronger. I am collegiate volleyball player and I noticed I was feeling better on the court and in the weight room. It has done wonders for my joints. I notice a difference when I am using it everyday and when I slack off. I would recommend this product to EVERYONE!
