I have been using this product for several months. In the beginning I felt as though my hair was a bit thicker and my nails were a bit stronger. I use this daily (1 scoop in warm or hot liquid as I didn't think it dissolved as well in cold liquid). The site says 1-2 scoops but due to the expense, 2 scoops would not last more than a month.

Really grows new hair!

We have been using this product for several months now and it does regrow hair! I was losing hair like crazy and since using Collagen Peptides, the loss has stopped and new hair is coming in. Love it!

I was starting to have some weakness in one of my knees when doing my 50 sets of lunges. I am in my late 50's so was going to write it off to age, parts wearing out. My nutritionist suggested this product. Added it to our smoothie each moring and in a month's time....knee worked like it use to!! Many thanks!

This was my 2nd purchase of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. Ordering was quick and easy with free and fast shipping. However the actual product was not as good as my 1st order. The 2nd order product was yellow in color and did not easily dissolve.
