Let me start with saying I’ve never have written a review on a product before , but felt I need to for those struggling with some of the same issues as me. I started using this over a month ago and have noticed great results. My nails have been super healthy and growing fast. I started using this mainly because of my skin issues. I have bad eczema and it comes around my eyes. I have struggled with this for years. Since using this my eczema has less flair ups and I couldn’t be more happy as it’s super painful when it flairs up. Also, I was having issues with “acne” or what I have read up on is folliculitis on the sides of my legs. This is causes from working out in tight clothing. So needless to say I was at the point of going to a dermatologist because i tried all suggestions to rod of it and was getting embarrassed about it. Since using this daily it has cleared up almost entirely.

Tastes Awful!

This powder is terrible....it clumps up in cold drinks and barely dissolves in hot drinks. I do not recommend. The taste is strong and unpleasant.

Adding this to anything makes it taste really slimy and inedible. Even though it doesn't have a taste, it changes the texture so much it ruins any drink it's in.

No taste!

I purchased this about a month ago and after only a couple of weeks I felt a difference. I drink it every morning in my coffee and to much surprise, you cannot taste it! I’ve tried others and can taste it in anything I put it in but not this one. I had extremely bad knee pain which sometimes felt swollen or inflamed and after a couple of weeks it’s gone. Definitely recommend. Only gave the 4 stars because it’s not a full container and I ran out before my next shipment. Otherwise I highly recommend this product.

Worked for me and my thinning hair

In January I started taking Vital for joint heath and hoping that it would help with my hair thinning problem. For me, the results were immediate (within just a couple of weeks), my hair began to appear fuller on top and I have very little hair loss or breakage. I usually only take one scoop a day. I just wish I'd tried it sooner! I usually add it to a smoothie or my coffee, it does seem to mix better in a hot beverage. You can taste it slightly, but for one cup a day the results I get are well worth it.

I bought this last month& am very pleased! It is truly tasteless& mixes well I hot& cold beverages. Can’t say I notice any difference in my skin but my nails are growing strong & fast.
