Has positively changed my hair and nails

After about 6 weeks my nails were longer and much harder. My hair dresser commented about how thick my hair had become. I believe I owe all of this to the Vital Proteins and I have changed nothing else.

Vital Proteins

I have been using this product off and on for about two years now. I have seen improvement in my new hair growth and skin and I hope in my knee cartilage. I started using it when a friend recommended it for my thinning hair. I did notice new hair growth and also my nails are looking healthier and they grow faster!

My husband and I use the Collagen Peptides daily in our coffee and absolutely love that it dissolves quickly, even to the point of not needing to be stirred in. The peptides also work beautifully in cold beverages. This is a must-have product.

Only good things to say about it!

I've been seraching for something authentic like this for a long time! I've never tried any collagen supplements before because my main concern was the overpriced hype of "new" products that people would buy, then the excitement would fizzle out and the would be old news. I'm not into trendy products, I'm into inexpensive QUALITY products that work. I can't say enough good things about this Vital Proteins - Collagen Peptides! I put a scoop in my coffee in the morning, and another scoop in my afternoon coffee. It disolves immediately, doesn't alter the flavor of my coffee (which I like), and it's an easy way to keep my intake on a daily routine. I've had multiple people, strangers, friends, and even my girl who does my hair for years now - finally tell me "to keep doing what I'm doing" - and the only thing I've changed in my hair regime, is this Collagen Peptides. It's increadible. I'm seriously in shock that it works so quickly - only a month in and I could feel and see my hair growing in thicker and healthier. I SO recommend this stuff! I'll probably try out the other different products too, but for now, I LOVE this one!

I have been buying this collagen for years because of it's high quality as well as versatility. It is great in hot or cold beverages, baked goods, etc. I couldn't recommend it more!
