To make sure how it worked for me, I stopped taking any other supplements or vitamins. I've been suffering from joint pain for about six months. My right hand and fingers were in pain all the time and at night my hand would get contracted. I could hardly open my hand and making a fist was painful. I started taking the vital Proteins collagen peptides and within a week, I felt the change on my hand. I have no pain . I was so excited and I decided to order to recieive it automatically.

Helps with joint soreness

I generally workout 4-5 days a week, mostly weights and was having increased joint pain. I heard about this from various people and I started mixing 1/2 a scoop into my coffee as a pre workout. It's really tasteless and dissolves in seconds! It did upset my stomach the first few weeks but I think it's because I haven't eaten beef products in over 10 years. I have also mixed it into yogurt, smoothies, and oatmeal and it's not grainy or anything weird.

Honestly, I can't see any benefits so far. I've been using this product for 10 months but I hold on to hope.
Each tub I've bought has been fine...until the last one, which tastes TERRIBLE (the others were relatively tasteless). But, I'm going to suffer through! Still hoping this will help my skin & hair. Thank you for the time.
