Used Vital Protein collagen peptides for 3 months, 2 scoops every morning before food for better absorption; and see no difference. Not noticed any improvement in my skin, hair or nail. _ªÉ¢ This product is expensive, and for this price, I expect a better result.

Worst Acne Ever

I purchased this thinking it would help with wrinkles and cellulite. Turns out it gave me the worst cystic acne I've ever had in my entire life. I will not purchase again and threw away what I had left.

Unfortunately I’ve never been one to remember to take supplements or vitamins on a daily basis. However, after being nudged by a few family members that had already tried it, to just try the collagen powder, I did. I noticed immediate (4-5 days) results in my hair and nail growth! Not only was my hair growing, it felt thicker and softer! I add 2 scoops of.powder to my 2nd cup of coffe in the morning. It doesn’t taste or smell bad, and goes easily down the hatch! I highly recommend this product line. I’m constantly telling my friends and extended family about this!

I have heard about vital proteins collagen for a while now, but I was honestly just too lazy to invest. Finally one day I decided to, and OMG. I am so happy! It does EXACTLY what it says. I have always been a nail biter, and my nails are not only the longest they have EVER been but strongest as well! Additionally, my hair has barely grown in years due to heat damage, yet my hair has been FULLER and GROWN so much!!!! This is just with 1 month of using 1 scoop (almost) everyday. OMG. I cannot say enough good things! I am so happy :) Totally suggest it.
My only suggestion is that it definitely dissolves better in warm liquids! If I am drinking something cold, I will heat up a tiny bit of water, put in the powder, and then pour that water into my drink.

An absolute must in my daily routine!

I use collagen every morning in my meal replacement shakes to help with my hair and nails. My hair has suffered from breakage for years, and my nails are incredibly brittle due to deficiencies that I am making up for with my collagen. I have seen dramatic results in my nails!!! They have grown stronger and my cuticles look healthier than ever. On top of that, I have regrowth in all the spots where my hair was breaking. I couldn't be happier with this product!!!

Visiting my granddaughter in Seattle and she is using this product. Now my granddaughter is an Holistic teacher, in talking I told her about my hair falling out and I have always had problems growing nails. Grandma try this , so I had it in my coffee with Hemp milk, and it had no taste so we went to the health store to get me a jar. Came home and started using it in my coffee every morning, before I was finished with my 1st container I could see the difference in. Both my hair and nails. I have sent you at least 5 new customers and they all love it too. I purchased for my Hair and Nails, but see the difference in my skin also. I really do love this product.

Bad taste and doesn't dissolve

This product has a terrible taste in water and it clams to dissolve in hot or cold but when I try to add it to my smoothie to had the taste it turns into a strange paste.. doesn't dissolve at all. Extremely disappointed. ☹️
