My nails were splitting, cracking and peeling until I started using this product. Now my nails grow out healthy and strong and I have to trim them back. I bought some for my daughter too.

I have been thrilled with this product. I dissolve it into my hot tea w coconut milk every afternoon so that the taste blends right in. It is "not" tasteless by any stretch, at least not in my opinion, but in a coffee or tea, it just comes off almost 'vanilla-ish'. I first tried it in hot water w lemon and nearly threw up. Lol ..(truth) But I had heard such great things and was determined to like it, so I kept trying and found my perfect blend w my tea. I have been using now for 3 months and love love love it.

my nails are finally growing!

My nails are finally growing. I keep them short, but before - I couldn't get any length on my nails at all. I've been taking Vital Proteins for about 5 months now, it's really helping! I think it's helping my hair too, but I can't the obvious different like i can with my nails. I always add to a bottle of water, add in a little flavor, and get my day going.

Dealing with RA I have tried many products over the years, using Vital proteins I have less joint pain, better movement in my joints, stronger nails and thicker hair. I have been using it for six months. I love that it mixes well in any liquid!

There are some great benefits that I have noticed from this product like more hydrated, less itchy skin, reduced knee pain and major hair and nail growth/strength. Those are all things that make me want to love this product. The bad thing is that I have developed terrible neck, jawline, and cheek acne that are deep painful cysts. I have not been able to get rid of them to save my life including using retina-A. The same pimple will last weeks and weeks and I'll get five more before any disappear. I have not changed anything else, and am not prone to acne so I must attribute this change to the collagen peptides. I can't handle the acne and am sad to have to say goodbye to all of the other great benefits this product has brought about.

I put this in my morning shake which is an all in one chocolate flavored shake with cold almond milk. It dissolves easily in my shaker bottle and there is no change in the flavor of my shake. Definitely recommend!

I've been using collagen peptides from VP since 2012. I love how versatile they are. My favorites right now include putting them in my matcha in the morning, smoothies, and in my electrolyte drinks before working out or just to sip on throughout the day. I try to take 20-40 g per day.
