The taste is good but I have trouble getting it to dissolve completely. I do find it's helping get the strength back in my hair & nails so I do intend to keep using it.

Easy to incorporate into day-to-day

I love that it's unflavored and dissolves easily into my morning cup of coffee. My nails grow a little faster and I do have some baby hairs, but it's hard for me to say I've seen significant effects over time.
