Great for Joints

I put the collagen peptides in my coffee every morning. No taste. No texture. And does not change the taste or consistency of my black coffee. What I do notice is that my total joint healthy is markedly improved. Less pain and stiffness.

I have been using vital proteins for the last 3 years. I'm 75 years old and hard to believe my age. My skin has no wrinkles and I do not take any prescriptions since my health is so far excellent. I recommend this Vital protein To all my friends.

It came highly recommended by a friend. I bought for joint health. But I'm also seeing delightful added benefits with thicker hair, stronger nails, and drastic improvement of skin elasticity! All this in 4 months of daily use!!! Thank you, Vital Proteins!!! Oh and my joints are improved as well!

I've been taking this product for over a year now. I have to take it! I feel great, my skin looks great, and for some reason it curves my hunger. It is one of those products that you incorporate in your daily life. Mine? A daily serving in my coffe every morning! :)
