I originally started taking this for wrinkles but it improved way more than that!
I take 2 scoops every morning with my coffee, I don't taste it at all! It has lots of protein so it keeps me super full for hours!
Results I've noticed after a year of usage is way thicker hair, more energy, nails grow faster, longer eyelashes, more youthful appearance.

Love the consistency, the flavors (and lack thereof for the unsweetened). I've tried other brands, and while good, I still prefer this one overall. It really gives my coffee and shakes the flavor, consistency and nutrition I want.
