We have been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for about 4 years now and wouldn't be without it. I use it in my coffee every morning and also in smoothies. My husband uses it along with his protein shakes after his workouts. Our hair, nails, and skin have truly benefited from our regular use of this great product!

I struggled to find a good unflavored protein for my daughter and myself. This has passed the test with flying colors! I mix it in her water daily with a tiny bit of water flavoring (bc she likes it not bc the protein taste bad). And I have no problems getting her to drink it.
She has trouble getting protein due to picky diet. So this has truly saved her! Her endocrinologist told us she needed more protein and I started her on this. Six months later she asked my secret when I told her not much had changed with my daughters diet. I told her about the protein and she was excited!

Real help for nails and knees?

I was on a smoothie kick and it was easy to incorporate. I think it helped my knees. It def strengthened my nails. I continue to take it. It's been about 6 months? I drink a scoop or two practically everyday.
