I use this in my protein shakes and love it. My body feels so much better when I use it. The problem for me is, I don't always want a protein shake. I have tried the packets but, the dose is so much less than the scooper. I wonder if the pills are also less? can't put it in my water I don't drink it fast enough. Guess it's in the coffee for me.

I have been using this product for several years. I put it in my morning coffee. I have tried other less expensive brands and this is the only one that completely dissolves. I started using it for painful knees/joints (it works!) but my hair, skin and nails are also happy! I highly recommend it!
