Great support for diet/nails, blends well into hot coffee

What I've really noticed the most about getting adequate protein in my diet supplemented by Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides is that my fingernails don't split or peel anymore! They also seem to grow faster but I think that's because they are healthier in general. As a former nail biter decades out, peeling was still a frequent problem even when keeping my nails thoroughly moisturized. The only difference lately has been Vital Protein and it blends right into my morning coffee with milk! Perfect!

Animal Collagen

I experienced nausea and allergic reactions to the animal based product. I believe collagen from other animals not to be healthy for humans. I prefer to get my proteins from vegetables that will help me to create my own collagen.

I add the collagen peptides to my coffee every morning - my skin is wayyyy healthier than it used to be, and it gives me a little extra protein after a morning workout! I am a HUGE Vital Proteins fan!

I have to admit that I am hoarding the capsules because I am worried that they will be out of stock again. I take 30 of them a day. I use the powdered green and blue canisters for cooking. I love the way my skin, hair, and nails look and what the product is doing for my gut health.

I've been taking this for a little less than two year now. It took about 8 months for me to notice any improvements in my hair and nails. I could never grow my hair past a certain point for my entire life and now it has grown about 2-3 inches past that length. My nails are noticeably stronger (although still very weak), but actually grow and have some length to them. This has been the only product that has worked.
