My knees

I had hurt my knee while running and had dealt with the pain for few weeks. I had been hearing Erin Oprea talk about VP for a while and decided it was time to give it a try. In about 4 weeks my knee pain was gone and has never returned. Love this product!

Use it for thicker hair

I started using the collagen peptides to try to regrow and thicken my hair. I had undiagnosed Lyme disease for about 4 years, and was misdiagnosed with thyroid problems. One of the effects of this was my hair fell out at an alarming rate, and even though it could regrow, it seemed to be so thin and loosely attached to my head that I was afraid to even brush or comb it. I started using collagen peptides every day about 5 months ago, a scoop in my tea in the morning and a scoop at night. I noticed after a few weeks that I had kind of a crew cut look of new hair growing in all over my scalp under the hair I had left. In a month or two I looked like I had cut my bangs, even though I hadn't. I had to cut the rest of my hair shorter to match the new growth. It continues to grow in, it grows really fast, and feels thicker than it did even before I got sick. As an added benefit, my nails are also stronger and grow faster, too. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to regrow hair, or just thicken and strengthen what they have!

Even though it is "unflavored" I could taste it in everything that I put it in and did not like the taste sadly. I have heard amazing things about this product so I was sad that I didn't like it. I have since tried the vital proteins water and that was great! Yay!!

I started taking this product to help with my knees which had started to hurt more often then not. Not only has it helped my knees which I've always had issues with, but I've also noticed a lot of new growth in my hair as well. I will continue to use this product. I will say I find it dissolves better in warm or hot liquid so thats how I take it. Either in some coffee or in warm water with a little crystal light.
