Hair and nails have never been so long

I've been using Vital Proteins for just over 7 months now and I have noticed a substantial difference in my hair, skin, and nails. I use it every morning in my coffee and it's flavorless so I can't even tell it's in there!

I have been using this product for a few months and definitely notice a difference in my hair, skin, and nails. My nails were thin and now are stronger. My hair is fuller and thicker at the roots. I noticed my little lines in my forehead feel and look less prominent!!! I'm am horrible at sticking to a health routine but for these results I don't skip a day!! Customer service has been amazing as well!

Best hand anti-aging supplement

I loaded with this peptide for 8 weeks in November last year, as suggested by Dr Axe. Following this, I supplemented with one does first thing in the morning with a vit C tab and continue to do so six months later. My only regret is not taking a photograph. I am tempted to stop and restart in order to convert any doubters but this was an expensive endeavor. I am in my late 40's with the usual signs of aging. I use numerous serums, anti=aging products and sun creams. I also have microneedling (annual), Caci (monthly) and LED (6 x month biannually) treatments. This product has been the most effective of all. My hands look 15 years younger. They had a creepy, dehydrated appearance for over a decade. Nothing changed this. Now i wave with pride! My facialist asked me where I got my fillers when I saw her in February this year. I had last seen her 6 months previously. She described skin as "bouncy" and "full". She has begun this supplement also. I started my partner on this process and see a visible change in creepy neck and cheeks. Thank you, Vital Proteins!

On 2nd container you can really feel and see the results in your hair. My nails have hardened no acrylic nails now. I have my natural nails thick. Really encourage using this product.

I love this product. I have had the subscription for almost a year and have it mailed every other month. My only complaint is that it does not dissolve as well in my cold beverages. I will usually pour a small amount of hot coffee or water, dissolve the powder, and then add my ice and beverage. Overall, I love this product and highly recommend it
