We've never had a problem before but this batch of three containers has a slightly funny smell. Don't know if it was the heat during transport. I received it directly from the carrier.

Something's changed

Over the last couple of years, I've purchased probably 4-5 canisters of this collagen. I have always loved it and recommended it to others. This last canister is different. It doesn't dissolve as easily and completely as it has before. It tends to clumps. I'm not sure why. I still think it's good, but I wish it would go back to being so easily dissolvable.

Vital To My Day!

My day doesn't really begin until I've added two scoops of my Vital Protein to my hot cocoa. Knowing I am getting protein, goodies for my hair, nails and joints make me feel stronger; better equipped to get out there and be my best. I mix up my choices too; a little coconut creamer, perhaps a scoop of chocolate raspberry in my toasted coconut yogurt. It all makes me feel good, and isn't that a "vital" point in our life?!

Difference Maker

This product has given my knees new life. No more cracking or popping. Thank you. Just one question; the last order does not dissolve completely. It seems that there will be small clumps that will not dissolve .This happens every other shipment. Any ideas why? But I do know it has made a positive difference in my joints. Thank you!

the best, but hate the packaging

i love this product, but would love it way more if it was sold in a bag as opposed to a plastic tub. the lids aren't recyclable in portland, oregon, a place known for its environmental consciousness, so i'm sure it's even harder to recycle them elsewhere. please consider making this product in a bag to decrease the amount of waste created. i was going through one of these per month & donating the tubs to a local reuse program, but i've recently switched to a lower quality collagen supplement that is in a resealable bag.
