I think it has quality ingredients, but after 2 months of use I did not notice any difference in joints, hair or skin.

If I take your product on a regular basis, I have no knee or ankle pain. I love that it really has no flavor too. I put it in my bottle of water every morning and never know it's in there.

I'm supposed to eat a high protein died and have a hard tine getting the amount of protein each day that doctors recommend. I put a couple scoops in my coffee each morning and get 40 gm of protein first thing in the morning. It dissolves better than any other product I've tried, with no taste.
