12 tablets a day!??

How can you take the recommended 12 tablets a day. Wish I knew that before purchasing! They are big tablets too. Not sustainable

I add a Vital Protein packet to my coffee each morning. I don't taste a thing. It's easy and after a month and a half, I can already see a difference in my nails. They're growing a lot faster, aren't flaking/chipping and feel a lot stronger.

I'm only on my first jar so I can't say if my nails are better yet. However, I love the way the powder melts in my yogurt, making it very easy to eat and I have ordered 2 more jars.

I have tried other collagen and this is the only one that dissolves fully and quickly. Unflavored and perfect in coffee or smoothies!

Strange Dreams

I have just started taken this but it is too soon to for me to see if it has made a difference. One thing that I have noticed is that I having lots of strange dreams, many of which goes back to my elementary school days. Fountain of youth or just a coincidence
