I put it in every smoothie I make. It's the best collagen out there. It doesn't clump like some of the others and dissolves quickly.

Love the fact that when they say unflavored, they mean unflavored as many other brands say unflavored and have an odd taste. I can use this in hot beverages as well as cold so that make me very happy. Skin and hair looking good and joints feel good. Nicely done!
