I have been a huge fan of Vital Proteins for a few years. I have their collagen 2 times a day and it really helps my skin, hair and joints. I have it in my Bulletproof coffee and bake with it! Highly recommended.

The Collagen Peptides really are the best in my opinion because you can add it to virtually ANYTHING. I grab the to-go packets and put it in my coffee! Really enjoying the Collagen Water and the Shots too, (delicious!) but I started with the Peptides and will ALWAYS reorder.

the best product ever. knee pains gone as well as looking great! this is a must have. the younger you start the better but if you are 40 plus get on this. you will feel and look a lot better!
