I purchased the capsules it's just easier for me to take daily and I love them. I bought for both of my kids to take daily also. Can tell a difference in my skin and hair is growing much faster.

I love that there is no sugar, no taste and cna put into coffee or anything. I don't see results specifically my nails. I was hoping for them to grow and get strong and they are not. Going on my second month. anything i can do?

After using the product for almost 1 month, I have noticed a hugh difference in my nails.. much harder! I put it in my coffee every morning.. there is no taste whatsoever. I definitely would recommend it.
