Love that these are from grass-fed cows, I eat a keto diet and use collogen and gelatin to make an amazing panna cotta dessert.

I had the collagen creamer before and thought it was pretty good, but was wanting to try something flavorless for my coffee in the morning. I read some good reviews on this so I got some to try it out.
First impression - blegh. It tasted like I was drinking coffee that had been made in a barn. A pretty off putting undertone of animal stink.
Silver lining = I couldn't drink it so I asked them if I could return it or exchange for the creamer - to my surprise they gave me a full refund, which was great.
For me this was a pass, but I can imagine if I was putting it in something with more flavor, or even baking it into something it wouldn't be so bad. I do put flavored creamer in my coffee, but it wasn't enough to mask it.

I feel like my skin and nails are much stronger but the real proof is when I go to the salon and my hairdresser gushes over how strong my hair is getting and how I don't need a trim!!

I had a knee injury and this collagen has allowed me to get back to my workouts ! It only took a few weeks to feel the improvement- I have no pain now !

I don't see how it differs from collagen powder from my local health and vitamin store but I just started using it and need to give it some time as to rate it properly it is a little premature.
