Very pleased with how nice it mixes with my coffee.. I've also been noticing my fingernails are getting stronger, before they were always soft and couldn't get them to grow. . But my real reason for trying this product, was because of bad knees. Would like to see if it helps with joints as it says.

Gastrointestinal issues

I'm wondering if other people are having gastrointestinal issues after taking this. I have been taking a half a serving at night in my tea and a half a serving in the morning in my coffee with continued gastrointestinal issues that seem to be getting worse. I was thinking it must be something else but this is the most consistent thing I take. I would love to hear from the company on their thoughts. I plan on stopping Vital Proteins to see if there is an improvement.

Will Continue to Repurchase

I love this product. I bought it to help with joints and I honestly can feel a difference. I don't know that I've noticed any hair or nail benefits but will still continue to repurchase for the joint benefits. It dissolve so quickly in coffee you really don't even need to stir it.

I have extreme eczema, and it helps keep it under control. I hooked my friend onto it as well, as we both use it for gut healing. Not only does it help with my protein intake, the collagen helps with my skin while also healing my gut. I can't complain for a second about this product, it's a lifesaver to me.

Have only been using collagen peptides for a month and can tell a HUGE difference. I'm 23 and have the most terrible joint pain from horse training.. thanks to this product I can continue what I love to do!
