I like this for many reasons, but...

I like how quickly it dissolves and with no taste or thickness. But it's very hard for me to continue to by this because of the amount of plastic that I am adding to the problem every month. recyclable or not, its plastic. Please let me know when you make the bigger bags like you do with the single servings, and I'll be back!

I've been taking this for about 9 months now and I definitely noticed a difference after about 4 months. I take religiously, at least 5-6 times per week either with a smoothie or with hot tea. I don't taste it in the smoothie, but when I dump in my tea there is an odd flavor and it's sticky to the touch (not necessarily bad) but worth it for the visible benefits.

Since I have been using this collagen, I have noticed a definite difference in my hair, nails and skin. My hair seems much healthier and my nails grow better. I would and have, recommended this product to friends and family.

Excellent edition to my morning coffee!

So glad I purchased the individual packets of the Collagen Peptides, unflavored. I travel quite a bit so these are easy to throw in my bag. Dissolves well in my morning coffee. I wait and add cream AFTER I stir in the collagen because the cold cream makes the collagen a little clumpy, whereas the hot coffee dissolves it quickly. No taste that I can detect.

This has been exactly what I need in my morning routine that I've been missing. It's hard to hit my protein goal for the day when I work 20 hour days so scooping this into coffee in the morning is a great way to get in 20g it protein before I leave in the morning! Love it.

I recently turned 40 and have noticed a few more wrinkles on my face UGHHH!!! So after some research, I started taking Vital Proteins Collegen Peptides a couple of weeks ago and my skin is already looking more youthful! I was shocked on how quickly it started working!

I noticed within months my hair became much healthier and thicker. I had a surgery and stopped drinking coffee in the mornings for a few months. Didn't think 2 put it in my food! My hair started falling out! A few months of taking it everyday and my hair stopped falling out. Never again will I stop!!
