Good because these are unflavored but they are so thick and have an odd taste if you don't mask them with something...

I really like this product! My first week using it I could notice a difference in my skin, it seemed a little more supple. I'm going to continue to use it for my hair as I'm hoping it will help with the brittleness and on top of that hard water is a killer for hair! I normally take this in water in the morning before I eat anything. 4 stars because I'm unsure of a difference in my hair; I've been using 3 weeks now.

Love this especially because it's unflavored and doesn't change the taste or texture of what I'm drinking. I usually put 2 scoops daily in a hot coffee or hot chai latte.

Good But is It Working?

I've been taking collagen for 6 months. The powder is certainly easy to take, very mixable and works well with my protein powder. But in terms of benefits, I would say that's harder to tell. I don't really see any difference in my hair, skin or nails. In fact, my nails still seem to break as easily as before.

Only Vital Proteins for me!

I tried another brand and paid the price. It was not the high quality, superfine Vital Proteins collagen powder I had come to love and depend on each morning. I could barely drink it without gagging; it was like drinking chalk water. I mix two scoops into water and drink it every morning once my fast is up. It is a key element to my healthy skin and hair supplement routine.

I'm in the early stages of taking it but have noticed 2 things. One my nails have stopped splitting and a large brown/sun spot on my face has gotten smaller and lighter and less dry.
