Seems to make my nails stronger.....

I have only been using this Collagen Peptides, unflavored for 2 months. The only thing I can tell you is that, yes, my nails seem to be stronger. I already have thick healthy hair so nothing different there. I will continue to use this product in my morning coffee for my nails.

My husband says the capsules caused him to be constipated. The bottle stated to take 3 capsules twice a day totaling 6 capsules a day.

I used to take this before and stopped due to cost but then started again. I really enjoy it. I take it for my hair and it really helps. I would take 2 scoops daily but it will be too costly for me.
