I feel lost when I run out of my collagen peptides!!!

Anything that I can do to help the aging process slow down. I'm all in! I'm in my early 50's and I still want to look as vibrant as in my 40's maybe even the 30's. I can tell a difference in my hair, skin and nails when I stay up on my routine. Self care is super important to me and Vital Proteins keeps me stay on track to a healthy life.

I am currently doing chemo and I have such Dry skin, fatigue and joint pain. This collagen has helped so much with my skin and my joints. My nails are longer than ever and strong... in addition, I can already talk a difference in the joint pain. Thank you!
