I put in my coffee,tea,juice,pancakes,oatmeal. It so easy to dissolve and taste great. I bought for my parents last week (they live in Thailand) they loved it so much

I was skeptical at first but after consuming a daily dose for a few weeks straight, I feel like I am noticing the benefits. I am noticing less stiffness in my joints.
The powder truly is odorless and tasteless. It's said to be good for use in hot or cold drinks as well as recipes. I have not tried it in any recipes but I have tried it in cold and hot drinks. I do not care for it in cold drinks, I feel like the powder clumps up and gets almost paste like. I like it either in tea or coffee.

Just can't live with out. Makes you feel better then before I started using the products. I ran out for 2 weeks when ordering purchased 2 not to have it happen again. Try it then stop you will see!

I love vital proteins collagen peptides - it is the perfect addition to any food/drink to add a little extra protein. One of my favorite things to do is stir in my morning coffee - no clumps, dissolves very nicely.

I don't know what I would do without my daily does of collagen. The website was extremely user friendly. My shipment came in super fast with no issues whatsoever. I will definitely continue to be a Vital Proteins customer.

Great protein boost in the morning

I take 2 scoops in my coffee most days, and I love the fact that I get 18g protein easily. It's unflavored, but I can tell it's in my coffee (very slight taste, nothing off-putting).
I've seen a difference in my nails so far - I've only been taking it consistently for about 6-8 weeks. I recommend!

Dry patches inside my mouth.

I have been using about 1/4-1/3 of a scoop most days of the week. About 3-3 weeks ago I developed dry patches on the inside of my lips inside my mouth. I stopped a few things thinking it was that and no changes happened. Even thought it was dehydration and I drink a lot of water so I knew that was not the case. I stopped this product almost 2 weeks ago and have noticed it has changed. I am disappointed because I discovered this not that far into a new 10 oz package. Ugh!
I guess I will find out if this product helped with my hair and nails.....

Doctor recommended

I have Ehlers Danlos and my doctor recommended I start taking collagen and recommended Vital Proteins. I've been using it for almost a year and can honestly tell a difference. Before taking it, my back would give out and my hips would pop in and out a lot. Now it almost NEVER happens. Only if I miss a few days of collagen (ie ran out or on vacation) will my symptoms flare up.
