I never want to be without this product. Been using it for 1.5 yrs It's awesome. You can see the effects in your nail and hair strength, skin smoothness, in flexibility and looseness. Scientifically, it should enhance bone strength but don't know how to verify that (have big bones never get injured).

I love how easy the collagen peptides dissolve in whatever you're drinking_ÑÓ-hot or cold. There is zero after taste which is super important to me. I definitely can see the difference in my hair and skin. Will continue to use and recommend to anyone!

I only been taking it a couple of weeks and I already see my nails growing strong and my tummy feels smaller and I feel full when I take two scoops n my water thank god for this stuff I have not seen any results on hair yet

I'm horrible at taking supplements but this is something I absolutely don't forget to take. Dissolves in coffee perfectly and doesn't taste weird. I've been taking this for over a year and the results are amazing. I smashed my pointer finger in the car door and broke half the nail two months ago. The nail is almost restored. Normally I have very brittle finger nails and hair. Because of these amazing products my nails and hair are healthy and strong! Can't rave enough, love my collagen products!!!

Good stuff but start slow and low if you haven't used collagen before

If you jump into the full serving of 2 scoops, you may experience digestive upset and diarrhea, so be warned. Other than that, this is a very high quality collagen, which dissolves very well and has no taste. I recommend it.
