I do not do the 2 scoops a day. But I have noticed a huge difference in my nails and hair. Somewhat in my joints. I am a very active 62 year old woman and love this stuff. My daughter recommended it also. Highly recommend Vital Protein.

I wish I would have known about this sooner!
I've never had a stronger, more immediate response to a supplement! I feel great and it is truly flavorless so adding it to a water bottle is no inconvenience! Great quality. I can't see myself switching over to a different brand. My health has rapidly improved.

Been using the product for 2 weeks. And already the darkness under my eyes is lightening. I couldn't believe it, I've tried creams, drank water, Veggie only diets. Nothing helped, I was just resolved that it's supposed to be that way.
