First round was great - second not so much

The first time I ordered two 20 oz. tubs was great. I could actually see results after three months (and so could my husband-- completely unprompted since he didn't even know I was taking a supplement). The powder dissolved easily and without a trace in both hot and cold beverages.
The second time I ordered, I was less impressed. The powder is not dissolving properly, not even in hot coffee or tea, and instead forms highly unappetizing, gelatinous blobs. This was especially unpleasant in a cold drink. I ended up having to chisel off the hardened mass stuck to the bottom of the glass.
While I'm impressed with the effectiveness of the product, I'm a little hesitant to spend this much money on something that doesn't quite deliver on its promises.

Loved, but recently it clumps much more than it used to

I love this product and I've been using it for over 6 months.I started with using the capsules and noticed the results. So then I switched to the powder after I heard it was even better. I have noticed that my wrinkles are reducing. I used to used this religiously, but the past few shipments I've noticed that powder doesn't blend as well as it used to. It clumps super easily and I feel like I'm wasting a lot of the powder by fishing out the clumps and throwing them away. I'm not sure if something changed. But this issue caused me to cancel my subscription and try other similar products to see if I can get the same results without the clumps. I still absolutely love this product, I'm just wondering if something changed or how I can reduce the clumping. Maybe I just got a few bad batches?

Clumping Change

Love your product but am wondering why it has started clumping even in hot beverages. It used to dissolve quite nicely. I also would like to know if you do third party testing as well as heavy metal testing on your product.

Doesn't mix well

I haven't been using this long enough to know whether it is beneficial for my hair, skin, and nails. I do know, however, that it does not dissolve well in anything other than hot liquids. Additionally, it does have a flavor regardless of "unflavored" claims, making it not so enjoyable in my tea.
