I have been seriously ill and have to be on an extremely low fat, gluten-free, dairy-free diet. It has been difficult getting enough protein. My dietician recommended Collagen Peptides to put in my smoothie in the morning. Blends well and is tasteless. Perfect solution for protein!

This the best collagen I have ever tried. It's definitely tasteless, and not gritty at all. My skin is so soft and my hair has been growing out healthy and strong!

My husband and I add the protein powder to our coffee and tea. It dissolves instantly.
It doesn't like to be added to cold stuff i.e. yogurt. Then it sets up like gelatin. I haven't used it long enough to see any benefits yet.

Vital Proteins has made a big difference in the strength of my nails! They don't break as easily in the dry winter months and grow faster. I'm not sure it's made a difference in my skin or joints but I like to think it has.
