I recommend this product highly! I've noticed a change in my joint pain and hair growth. Have been putting it in my morning coffee and do not notice any change in taste. Worth the $$ and should give it shot.

I started taking Vital Proteins collagen peptides in my morning coffee at the start of the pandemic (i.e., ~3 years ago). I'm a fit, athletic 62 year old (runner, Barre3, hiker, etc.). Recently while organizing my medicine cabinet I made an observation that I haven't used any pain relievers, topical analgesics or oral arnica since I started taking collagen! I short: NOTHING HURTS! My joints feel great. I have amazing (yeah, I'm bragging, but, well, too bad!) flexibility, great endurance and have added muscle mass as well (my BMI is <20). Yes, it's an expensive supplement, but, hey, worth every penny.

I like the product but wish you offered a more environmental friendly refill option. I can see the need for the original container, but ALL THE PLASTIC WASTE generated for refills is so wasteful and bad for the planet.

Been using for a few months already. The most amazing change I experienced almost immediately after drinking collagen peptides with my smoothies every single morning. About a week in, my hand joint pain almost depleted. At this point, I no longer suffer from it. I' Noticed the growth of new hair around my hairline. I'm not losing hair like I used to. I don't see difference in my nails. They still break easily and are thin. But I take what I can. I recommend it to my sister and she is so excited with the benefits she have gained.

So, not to be negative, but I had hoped for a tiny bit of relief from degenerative arthritis in my spine...there was none.
I felt no change whatsoever and I was religious about taking the daily dosage. Maybe I'd need to consume this for many months to see a change. Don't know.
