Great quality

I’ve never tried Vital Proteins or any collagen product, I take 1 capful instead of 2 in a hot drink(usually chamomile tea). The powder doesn’t dissolve well in cold drinks and I definitely don’t recommend drinking it with plain water since it does have a slight beef flavor that’s unpleasant alone. So far it’s been great my joints don’t feel as stiff and with the Vitamin C I get a boost of energy.

Doesn’t mix well

I’ve had two deliveries and it never mixed well with any of my drinks. The only thing it mixed well was with my smoothies but those were done in a vitamix which blend everything.

I just finished my first jar of Vital Proteins. So far I do not see any difference in my hair, nails, skin tone, and general wellness. I will give the product a chance to work - 3 months.

Improving my skin

I have a large scar near my face that was red and ugly. I started taking Vital Proteins every day to reduce the size and redness. After 60 days I'm seeing a real improvement! I definitely recommend this product.
