A must in every diet

I have been using Vital Proteins for years and couldn’t be happier with this product. I stopped using it for 4 or so months to test it, to truly see if it made a difference in how I felt in general. And I realized that I did feel better all around when I incorporated Vital Proteins in my diet. I couldn’t wait to add it back and will continue to use this product forever.

Mornings are best!

This works best for me with my morning coffee and mixes very good with hot drinks. My eyelids have perked up, my skin feels a little tighter and smoother on my face, my leg bumps are less noticeable, and I can get up in the morning without pain in my joints.

I’ve been using this collagen consistently for over two years now. My nails use to be so thin and, quite frankly, a disaster. Now they’re stronger than they’ve ever been! My hair has also seen the good things. Would highly recommend!
