Great way to start my day!

I bought this, after much research, to help my joints, and muscular structure before I go any further in aging. it was for over all health. I starting using it to start my day by putting it in my coffee or yogurt and already feel better. I don’t crave foods for breakfast that weight me down and am more alert and less foggy until my next meal or snack. I’m very pleased with this product. I hope it does help as much with the base reason I bought it for, over time. So far this product, I believe, is making a difference in my well-being.

Does mix better with hot liquids rather than cold.

I have thinning hair because of thyroid issues. I have been adding this to my oatmeal or protein shakes every day for almost a month. I have definitely noticed that my hair is this thicker and I have a ton of short new hair coming in. I will continue to use this for sure!
