I have been taking collagen peptides for 3 years or more & have a tremendous results. My nails are so strong, they use to crack & chip, Not any more! My hair grows faster & it’s thicker! I even notice my skin is so clear & free of blemishes! Thanks Vital Proteins! I have been taking 2 scoops a day. I noticed the change after 3 months! It totally works for my whole body, my joints are happier also!
