Excellent Product

I started taking this product as suggested by my doctor for gut health and as a bonus, it makes a big difference in how my skin, hair, and nails look and feel. I highly suggest mixing the collagen in a few ounces of warmer liquid to dissolve and then mixing it into ice old beverages. I like to add it to electrolytes and it's also great in broth, tea, or fruit infused water. I will sometimes prepare it before bed, refrigerate it and have it in the morning. By then it's completely dissolved and liquid is clear.

Simply the best

I take one rounded scoop ( provided) in my morning coffee and have not needed my usual ibuprofen overload to handle my osteoarthritis at all….. not even one. My hair and nails never felt or looked better but that’s just the added bonuses. Pain free !!!!! Thank you !!!!! The very best…. Tasteless and totally melts into hot coffee !

Recommend adding collagen to your routine

After about 6 months of taking I really started to notice a difference in the morning pain I’ve had for so long. I have undiagnosed joint pain and weakness and mornings were always tough, felt like I couldn’t move my legs. Aside from flare periods that is almost nonexistent thanks to Vital Proteins.
