So disappointed when I took the time to look at the ingredients and determined you no longer use grass fed bovine Why? Now have to buy at big box stores

I’ve tried several collagen powders. I love that this has vitamin C and hyaluronic acid as well as the essential amino acids. Plus all of them have a taste. Vital Proteins is the mildest of any and dissolves completely in room temperature water or juice. It is one of the more expensive ones though. Probably due to all of the advertising. I notice not just better hair skin and nails but my joint pain has imroved.

My sister is 76 & swears by Vital Proteins. She had a bad knee and shoulder & both have stopped giving her problems. She walks everyday 5 miles.

Chocolate vital proteins

I was curious to taste the chocolate vital proteins and now that I did I regret buying it. I don’t know what the manufacturer is using for sweetener but it is absolutely and cloyingly overwhelming. I am going to see if there is a way to cut it in half without loosing the benefit of the full dose. Maybe half plain and half chocolate…but I will definitely never be buying it again. I would have preferred it just be sort of like unsweetened cocoa and I could sweeten it if I wanted to on my own.

Love the product…it just comes half empty

So I just opened up my 10 ounce original collagen peptide powder and it came sealed perfectly. Outer security lock and inner protective lid were both in place. But when I opened it up the powder is half gone as you can see below.
So just keep that in mind. I love the product I’ve seen immediate results within just one week of using the rest of my aunts powder I just didn’t know it came half empty. A little disappointing but still useful.

I absolutely am in awe of the original collagen peptides unflavored with hyaluronic acid. My hair has grown 4 inches and my skin is almost flawless after 6 months of use. Also I've noticed my joint pain has pretty much gone away. This product is a total game changer.
Also my hair seems to have gotten 2 times thicker and actually has body now.

After a major surgery with major complications and sepsis, I began losing my hair in large chunks. I panicked. I had been taking Biotin and I couldn't tell if it was really doing anything...my nutritionist had stated that collagen wouldn't help and said it can actually work against my diet plan, but I was desperate so I purchased this product. I've noticed that my hair loss has slowed down though I'm told that hair loss from the trauma of surgery and illness will eventually dissipate without supplements so I don't know if its this product or not that has helped. I feel it really can't hurt me to continue taking it for at least awhile. I purchased this product and the lavender flavor beauty collagen and I prefer the unflavored variety. This product dissolves better in hot liquid, but it will break down in cold liquid too, it's just a lengthy process. I cannot simply add the collagen into a glass or bottle that I plan on drinking right away b/c it clumps, but if I add it to a cold drink and set it in the refrigerator overnight, it is completely dissolved in the morning. This product truly is unflavored.
