Started this product a couple of months ago. Noticed a difference in my hair thickness after just a few weeks. Waiting to see better results for my nails.

I recently increased my collagen intake so purchased the large size. I have been adding 1 scoop to my whey protein shakes in the morning most days. I have also started adding 1 scoop to oatmeal when I make it for my kids, and 1 scoop into my broth-based veggie soup. In everything, it has dissolved well with no issues and no flavor or texture changes to the item :-) It really is a great way to increase your collagen intake!

I bought it about a month ago and so happy I did, it’s so easy to have it daily, I just add it to my morning coffee and it dissolves easy and no change to my coffees flavor. Live it.
